Rules & Regulations

  • If the renter cancels for any reason, deposit will be forfeited.
  • Bar will close 30 minutes prior to the event end time.
  • Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the rental time for guests.
  • No smoking in the building.
  • All decorations are restricted to the tables and free standing.
  • No decorations are permitted on the walls, ceilings, lights, windows, doors, etc. No confetti of any kind permitted.
  • Etna Volunteer Fire Department is not responsible for any personal loss in the building or our parking area.
  • Full rental payment is due 10 days prior to event.
  • 6 hours rental only, and no time permitted after midnight.
  • Renter is permitted to use the refrigerator and oven to heat food. No cooking permitted in our kitchen.
  • The Etna Volunteer Fire Department reserves the right to cancel the event at any time in the event of a disturbance caused by guests.
