A special thank you to Dewalt Tools for the generous donation of two 9” high powered Flex Volt Grinders.
They spent 16 hours completing classroom and practical training.
We were able to purchase 12 new Stryker Lifepak CR2 Plus AEDs to replace all Etna Fire, Police and Borough AEDs and actuallly add one for Etna Public Works.
Members reviewed our rope rescue equipment and stokes basket along with patient packaging for weekly training.
Students responded to over 70 calls in 24 hours including EMS calls, Vehicle accidents, Rope Rescue and Building fires.
Thank you to Shaler Area Highschool, Shaler Area Fire Chiefs, Allegheny County Emergency Services, and everybody who supported the education of these young members.
