Your emergency services in the Borough of Etna are not provided by paid firefighters. They are provided by 100% DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS who carry pagers, that when activated, interrupt a work day, family time, a warm meal, or even sleep. These volunteers put their lives on hold, and on the line, at a moment’s notice to help those in need.

Our time and services are free, our equipment and training are not. We depend on your generous contributions to keep our facilities operating and our trucks in service 24 hours a day, seven days a week—just in case you need our help.

Your generous donations to our 503(3) non-profit organization are 100% tax-deductible. Thank you for your support!

A bright yellow fire truck with the identifier "R-149" is partially parked in a firehouse garage next to another fire truck labeled "ENGINE 149." Both trucks have emergency lights and reflective markings. Brick buildings and utility poles line the adjacent street.
